1. To educate undergraduates to have the knowledge of system integration and professional
　 engineering.
2. To educate undergraduates to be able to practice and analyze in the areas : naval
　 architecture and marine technology, electrical and mechatronic engineering system
　 design.

Graduate program

1. To educate graduate students to have the knowledge of advanced system application in
　 the areas::naval architecture and marine technology, as well as mechatronic and related
　 research.
2. To educate graduate students to have the ability of integration, expression and publishing
　 research results and professional papers.
3. To educate graduate students to have a global view, independent thinking, interdisciplinary
　 research capabilities and to become a caring community of engineering professionals.
